The Deins plugin connects the harness to w⁴iya. Identities, mandates and the gateway remain their own system. Installing a plugin alone does not prove that every execution route is covered.
Two boundaries apply
A workspace’s local permissions and w⁴iya’s mandate checks have different jobs. An action needs to satisfy both applicable boundaries. The local integration still has coverage gaps around direct program effects and external agents.
